Shipping policy
Mason Mac Shop works with fulfillment and supplier partners to ship certain physical products directly to customers.
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing times may vary during high demand, holidays, supplier delays, or product launches.
SHIPPING TIMES
Estimated shipping times are:
United States: 7–20 business days after processing
International: 10–30 business days after processing, if international shipping is available
Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by supplier processing, carrier delays, customs, weather, holidays, or incorrect shipping information.
DROPSHIPPING AND FULFILLMENT PARTNERS
Some products may ship directly from third-party suppliers or fulfillment partners. Because of this, items in the same order may arrive separately, in different packages, or at different times.
Shipping origin may vary depending on the product and supplier.
ORDER TRACKING
When tracking is available, customers will receive tracking information by email after the order has shipped.
Tracking information may take several days to update after shipment.
SHIPPING ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Mason Mac Shop is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If you notice an address mistake, contact us as soon as possible at mcmackinmason@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has been processed.
LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES
Mason Mac Shop is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported lost or stolen. Customers should contact the shipping carrier for delivery issues.
If an order appears significantly delayed, contact us and we will help review the issue.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges required by their country.
SHIPPING DELAYS
If we become aware that an order cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we will contact the customer with an update. If necessary, customers may be offered the option to wait for the delayed shipment or receive a refund for the unshipped item.
